PRODUCTION

Creature TD

Requirement

 

Must:
-At least 5 years experience as a character TD on feature films.
-A reel demonstrating rigging abilities.
-Solid knowledge of rigging systems in Maya.
-Scripting ability Python and/or c++
-Good organizational and communication skills
-Ability to take on a delegated task with a minimum of supervision
-Attention to detail and creative problem solving
-Ability to learn quickly and assimilate new information
-Highly proficient in body/facial rigging. Working experience with in-house proprietary modular rigging systems as well as off the shelf Maya rigging tools
-Deep knowledge in anatomy and muscle dynamics. Good eye for aesthetics of body/face deformations
-Highly proficient in cloth/hair/flesh/rigid body simulations, Setting up, running, and troubleshooting proprietary cloth, hair, flesh surfaces, and fur/feather simulations.
-Experience with lookdev of simulated motions.

Plus:
-An interest in anatomy, tailoring, grooming or mechanics depending on your area of specialization.
-Organized, pro-active and a self-starter
-Experience in both proprietary simulation engines as well as off the shelf software packages.
-Japanese language skills or at least interest in learning some Japanese language (you will be working in Tokyo, Japan)

Requirement

・Wide range of skills from modeling, texturing to shading.
・Understand the artistic visions established for different projects, physical forms (structures) of objects to create a 3D representation, based on directions given by the art team and supervisors
・Actively communicate with team members and members from other teams to solve problems, share knowledge and make proposals
・Observing, researching, information-gathering skills

Job Description

・Look development of assets(shading, optimization, lighting)
・Problem-solving and research skills for both look and technical challenges, developing workflows.

・Multiple skills such as shading & lighting to achieve the final look
・Based on art and directions from supervisors, propose and achieve the look that meets the artistic visions established for different projects
・Propose techniques, optimize work flows, and data optimization based on technical knowledge of 3DCG .

Art

Job Description

MANAGEMENT

Producer

Requirement

・Experience as a Producer on an film/video production, preferably on a 3DCG visual production
・Japanese skills are a plus. If you are not a native speaker of English and/or Japanese, good command of English is a MUST.

Line Producer

Requirement

・Experience in work progress management on an film/video production, preferably on a 3DCG visual production
・Objective assessment, decision-making on status of projects. Timely reports to superiors when needed
・Budget compilation & management experience
・Basic knowledge of Excel and other basic Office tools
・Experience on mid-to-long term projects over 6 months is a plus
・Knowledge of CG tools are a plus
・Japanese skills are a plus. If you are not a native speaker of English and/or Japanese, good command of English is a MUST.
・Client relations & outsource management
・Proper judgement on project schedules and budget allocations, risk management

ETC.

CG Production Engineer (Junior Level)

Job Description

・Artist technical support and direction
・Pipeline development (data management, automation, …)
・Project specific workflows implementation (data delivery, information flow, …)

Requirement

・Good knowledge of fundamentals & principles of computer graphics
・ Experience developing software in python programming language
・Experience working with third party software and libraries
